The brochure was for the purpose of introducing the launch of Palm Hills Sokhna, the largest self-sufficient residential and tourism community spreading over 5,000,000 m² in Ain El Sokhna - an area 120 km away from Cairo, making the commute a mere 45 minute drive from the bustle of the city.
