A series of HR policy handbooks designed for MDLBEAST, transforming dense, information-heavy content into a bold and cohesive editorial system. Building on the brand’s core identity, the existing visual language was maintained and expanded into a flexible system across the series. Distinct imagery, typography and colour coding give each policy its own character, while clear information hierarchy creates consistency and ease of navigation. The final handbooks were built as fully editable Word documents, balancing strong editorial design with practical day-to-day usability.
